Notary services/Mobile Notary: $15 per signature notarized and an additional fee for travel and time.

Loan document signing: Fee varies ranging from $125 and depending on document size and location of signing.

A minimum of $25 will be charged for all checks returned by bank for any reason.

A minimum of $25 travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID documents leaving the signer to be unable to sign.
